Started by Vogue editor Anna Wintour in 2009, Fashion’s Night Out was an effort to get people out and shopping again after the global recession hit. Now in its 4th year, the event happens simultaneously around the globe with stores hosting events to lure in customers and show off their new collections.
This time last year I was in New York, making my way through the crowded streets of SoHo for FNO, so it was nice to be home in London for a slightly more subdued night.
I popped in to Rugby Ralph Lauren’s Covent Garden store which was buzzing with an in-house DJ and a crowd of boys and girls in full prep mode – bow-ties all round. Rugby’s autumn offerings were also on full display.
Nice photos…. I went and checked it out too. Liked seeing all the new items.
